My recent stay was a journey through culinary innovation, courtesy of the Michelin-star Chef Sven Wassmer's exquisite offerings at Memories and verve by Sven.At Memories, I savored the dashi broth with organic jasmine rice, a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate. Meanwhile, at verve by Sven, the Swiss kimchi elevated the dining experience to new heights, showcasing the local produce in a refreshing light.The outdoor areas of the resort, including Olives d'Or and Namun, provided a serene backdrop for indulging in culinary delights. The collection of restaurants, with a total of 76 GaultMillau points and 5 Michelin stars, truly catered to every taste and occasion.Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful affair, with a vast array of impeccably prepared dishes that set the tone for the day ahead.
